Get BQA Certified:

Participation in the BQA program is voluntary. Any person who works regularly with beef cattle in a cow/calf, stocker, backgrounding or feedlot business is encouraged to be certified. 

• Contact your county's cooperative extension to attend an in person training and become NCBQA certified. 
• Online national BQA certification does not qualify for NC BQA certification. 

BQA Recertification

Recertification is required every three years. Contact your county's cooperative extension service to become recertified.
